ABOUT DR. TOWER
Robert N. Tower, MD is board certified and fellowship trained as an oculofacial plastic surgeon. He is an Associate Clinical Professor of Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery at Oregon Health & Science University. He is a fellow of the prestigious American Society of Ophthalmic Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery (ASOPRS) with fewer than 500 fellows nationwide.
Past director of the University of Washington’s Oculoplastic and Orbital Surgery, Doctor Tower translated into private practice in Portland in 2010. He provides the full scope of his discipline: specializing in performing aesthetic eyelid and facial surgery and injectables; along with orbital and lacrimal surgery.
“Modern approaches to eyelid and facial surgery must align with the goals and lifestyles of today’s active patients," says Dr. Tower. "Less is often more; and any downtime is almost too much.”
Dr. Tower continues, “As understanding of the aging process advances, today’s surgeon must combine elements in the rapidly expanding armory to provide a customized and fabulous outcome. Elegant surgical maneuvers when assisted with judicious use of toxin therapy and volumizing injectables can really make a powerful impact in one’s appearance and self-image.”

CONSULTATIONS AT TOWER PLASTICS
When you consult with Dr. Tower, you will collaboratively develop a personal plan designed just for you. By discussing your goals, your schedule and your options in an interview of sorts, you will gain invaluable information and have your questions answered. Equally important, you will get a sense of comfort with Dr. Tower, his skills, aesthetic point of view, and client care.
Before the consultation, we encourage you to do some personal research to prepare for this visit. The internet is often a very good source to learn about the steady flow of new techniques and advances in plastic surgery that are available. Write down any questions you have and a list of your medications. During the consultation, try to be as specific as possible when explaining what you would like to have changed, and why. Dr. Tower will examine you and assess your facial anatomy—specifically, the skin, muscle, fat, bone and supportive structures. He will take into consideration your medical history and previous surgeries; your age, health status, and your desired outcome.
Dr. Tower will take the necessary time to assess your desires, decide on the most appropriate treatment plan for you, and then see you through the entire process of aesthetic improvement. Call us today (503-227-5075) to schedule a consultation.
Your first impression is our focus.
